Frequently Asked Questions
What is seller financing and how does it work?
Seller financing means we (RE Land Solutions) act as the lender instead of a bank. You make a down payment, then pay a fixed monthly amount directly to us until the property is paid off. Once complete, the deed transfers fully to your name. No banks, no loan applications, no waiting.
Do I need good credit to qualify?
No. We do not run credit checks. Everyone is approved regardless of credit history. Our owner financing is based on a simple agreement between you and us. If you can make the down payment and monthly installments, you qualify.
What do I actually own when I purchase?
You receive a recorded Warranty Deed for the property, which gives you full legal ownership of the land. The deed is filed with Lee County. You own the land outright, just like buying a house. It is real property in your name.
Can I build on this lot?
Yes. This lot is zoned RS-1 (Single Family Residential) which allows for site-built homes. You would need to obtain building permits from Lee County. Some lots in Lehigh Acres also allow mobile or manufactured homes depending on specific zoning overlays. We can help you verify before you buy.
Can I pay off the property early?
Absolutely. There are no prepayment penalties. You can pay extra each month, make lump sum payments, or pay off the entire balance at any time with no additional fees. Many of our buyers pay off their lots in 12 to 18 months.
Is Lehigh Acres a good area to invest in?
Lehigh Acres is one of the fastest growing communities in Southwest Florida. The population has grown over 60% in the last decade. It is located in Lee County, minutes from Fort Myers, Cape Coral, and the Gulf Coast beaches. Land values have been steadily increasing and new development is expanding rapidly throughout the area.
